古物屋で中古タイプライターを見つけたら、これを打てば文字タイプの状態は確認できますね。
ちなみに「アンティーク」と称してタイプライターを売る業者が多いですが、製造後100年経っていないものはCollectalesか良くてVintage。
合衆国政府も100年経ってないもんはアンティークじゃないから普通に課税するぜと言っています。
