昨日のトコロアの教師殺人事件の記事で
トコロアのストラスモア小学校：12人のクラス担任を持った先生と18人のパートの先生で270人の生徒を教えています。
結構濃密な授業ができているなぁ　という感じがしますでしょ？
実は、この小学校教師の給料が安すぎて「ろくな人材がいない」という問題が起きています。
教師は天職よ！　と言う殺されてしまった熱心な婆ちゃん先生のような人々の熱意だけが支えている初等教育というのがZLの問題点。
一方　金持ちは私立の学校へ子供をぶち込んでしまうし、入学の順番待ちが大変だから「出産と同時に学校に願書を出す」なんていう馬鹿話も聞こえてきます。
日本人を含めアジア人は教育熱心で私立の学校は人口比より多いアジア人生徒がいるそうです。　これやそれやが原因で貧乏な白人やマオリにアジア人が襲われるという事件が起きてくるのでしょうね。
で、日本も学校の先生一人当たりの児童数を減らそうとがんばっておりますが。　ゴミばかり増やしてもダメなのはZLの例を見ても明らかです。
