某外資製薬会社にお勤めの友人と話していて、「失敗して『ごめんなさい』で済んでしまう日本の公務員はお気楽だ。」と言う話題になりました。
今日のニュースでも「親の虐待による子供の死亡を防げませんでした。遺憾であります。」という、どこぞの地方自治体の職員の間抜けた発言がありましたが。
こういう大失敗をしたら、馘（クビ）になるのが民間企業の常識だよね。
クビにならないから役所と言う組織は不真面目な勤務態度のやつが多いのでしょうねぇ。
「仕事ができるやつは、とっととやめてくれ」と言う文化もあるそうで、資格で生活できる人（医師、薬剤師、など）への風あたりも強いそうで
。　かくして選りすぐりのヒネ芋ばかりが残るのか。
いくら優秀な人材が居ないとはいえ（記憶力が良いだけのパァを人材とは言わん）、、、ねぇ。
